SOUL Valved Exhaust System for Porsche Macan 

The Porsche Macan set the standard for compact luxury performance SUVs, blending daily comfort with the driving excitement of a true sports car. However, strict global sound and emissions regulations limit its exhaust note—leaving room for improvement. The SOUL Valved Exhaust System for the Porsche Macan transforms that experience by unlocking the deep, sporty tone your SUV deserves. 

Designed as a cat-back, valved exhaust, this system delivers a dynamic range of sound. With the valves open, your Macan roars with sharper upshift bark, pronounced overrun burbles, and a richer, more emotional tone. Close the valves, and it becomes refined and composed with just a bit more volume and slightly improved tone over stock—perfect for everyday driving. Soul's advanced engineering ensures minimal unwanted drone. And regardless of whether your Macan is equipped with Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE) or not this system integrates seamlessly. 

CONSTRUCTION:  

Porsche engineers spent countless hours developing the benchmark compact luxury performance SUV, which they call the Macan. SOUL engineers did the same to develop the benchmark exhaust system for it, which we call the SOUL Valved Exhaust System for the Porsche Macan. Each Macan valved exhaust system is proudly built in the USA using mandrel-bent, thick-wall .065″ T304L stainless steel for maximum durability, strength, and performance.  

Back-purged TIG welding with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas ensures maximum weld penetration, strength, and long-term durability under extreme conditions. Each water jet–cut flange is manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 standards with ultra-tight tolerances of +/-0.003 inches, guaranteeing exact alignment.  

Soul fabricates this exhaust using thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as efficient heat sinks during the welding process. This not only prevents distortion and warping of the exhaust components but also preserves fixture integrity. The result is a high-performance exhaust system engineered for precision, longevity, and seamless installation every time. It is an exhaust befitting a Porsche.

FACILITY Soul Performance Products is located in a 15,000 sq ft facility north of Philadelphia in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. We make great use of this space to keep our products in stock, ready to ship. Our mission is to quickly get you the parts you need with no delays. Our R&D area is equipped with two BendPak lifts and all tools necessary to allow us to design, engineer, test, prototype, and fixture components. Our shipping area is set up to ensure that all components get a thorough inspection, orders ship complete with all hardware, and that products are well packed.

MANUFACTURING Soul Performance Products is partnered with ISO 9001 Certified aerospace manufacturers, enabling us to work with technology and industrial scale, extreme precision equipment down to +/- 0.002 inches that would otherwise be out of the limits of an exhaust manufacturer. Our capabilities include waterjet and laser cutting, tube bending, CNC machining, robotic welding and much more. We strategically deal with vendors worldwide to find appropriate components, such as high quality HJS HD catalytic converters.
