RaceQuip's VESTA20 full face Snell SA2020 rated helmet is a bold departure from traditional auto racing helmet styling.
The VESTA20 incorporates contemporary design with modern production techniques. The shell is built using pre-preg composite materials placed into pressurized steel molds to achieve the best combination of light weight and strength. This innovative new helmet model features FRP Composite shell construction and a uniquely shaped chin bar to support a scalloped faceshield design. Reinforced M6 threaded HANS/HNR inserts are mated to the shell along with an expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner. HANS or other Head and Neck Restraint device anchor posts (not included) can be easily attached to the outside of the helmet using the installed M6 threaded inserts. The distortion free 3mm polycarbonate faceshield features a molded thumb catch, red anodized aluminum pivot kit, hand ratcheting TearOff posts, and a silicone eyeport gasket to seal out dust and dirt. A wide eyeport provides good peripheral vision and allows the use of personal eyewear. Included with the helmet are an extra set of thicker cheek pads to allow a customized fit. The Snell SA rating means that the interior, paint, and kevlar chin strap are all fire-retardant so the RaceQuip VESTA20 Helmet is suitable for use in all forms of motorsports. The comfort fit blended Nomex® interior along with exhaust vents on the top and back of the shell help keep your scalp cool. All these features are wrapped in an FRP Composite shell with aggresive styling and the result is the outstanding value delivered by the RaceQuip VESTA20.

In order to better serve our customers we have maintained some U.S. production in "The Custom Shop" located in Irmo, South Carolina. This facility combines the capability to produce RaceQuip products to exacting standards while also offering custom built suits and embroidery for the discriminating racer. In addition to the South Carolina facility, RaceQuip products are built to our quality design standards in our overseas cut and sew manufacturing facilities. The combination of multiple manufacturing facilities both in the U.S.A. and abroad allows RaceQuip to deliver products for every level of racer regardless of experience or budget.
